This apartment is in a recent building, constructed in the traditional chalet style, well situated in the heart of Le Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. Located on the 1st floor of the top part of the development with lift access from the Appartement de up to the main shopping street (great baker's shop just accross the road as well as a friendly pub!). It is a mere 150m to the foot of the Chatelet and Floria Chairlift from where the ski lessons depart - it couldn't be in a more ideal location! Its 101m² surface area can sleep 10 people, in 4 bedrooms, and has 3 bathrooms (2 of them ensuite!), each with a toilet and an extra separate toilet and basin which the washer and dryer. It is fully centrally heated. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. It is extremely well equipped. There is free broadband wifi internet as well as a landline.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and an en-suite with a bath, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also twins with access to a shower room opposite as well as the laundry room with toilet and basin. Bedroom another twin has an ensuite bathroom 4 has access to a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 4 also with twin beds has an en-suite with a bath, basin and toilet.
The large living room is open plan with areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and is well equipped for large parties with ample storage space too. The dinner table is the perfect size for large parties with ample seating for 10 or more.
