Appartement de P6 is on the top floor of a building in The Village de Lessy development, in the heart of the charming village of Chinaillon, close to Le Grand Bornand, in the Haute Savoie.
This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably and is finished to a very high standard.
As you come into the apartment, you have the bedroom that has a bunk bed, then there are two other bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with a double bed and ensuite shower & toilet. There's a bathrooms with a bath and a combi washing machine/ tumble dryer as well as a separate toilet in the hallway.
The living area is 16m² with kitchen, dining area and sitting room.
The building is located across the road from the slopes with easy access to the Chatelet & Floria chairlifts which are one of the main rdv points for the ski schools. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants to suit everyone in the Chinaillon including the Spar supermarket together with the Tourist Office and the cinema.
The large double aspect balcony has uninterrupted views up and down the valley as well as the ski slopes, including the night skiing area - perfect if you just want to relax and take in the atmosphere. This apartment in located in the freehold part of the MGM development and so doesn't include access to the Village de Lessy's facilities (pool etc).
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
