Cosy 3 bed duplex Appartement de for 5 with great views, close to the slopes & within easy reach of both Le Grand Bornand and Chinaillon! This wonderful apartment in the Chinaillon, is situated in the B block of the Crêt des Roches building, at the entrance of the Chinaillon village and is called "La Cascade"! It has a surface area of 65m², sleeps 5 people, is very sunny (south-west facing), has magnificent views out over the surrounding mountains and overlooks the Borne river where the famous "cascade mystérieuse" is located!
Access to the apartment is from the 1st floor using an outdoor staircase.
The village centre with its shops, bakeries, cinema etc...is only a 5 minute drive away, the nearest bus stop is about 150m away, and the slopes are only 600m from the Appartement de.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms: the has a double bed with large cupboards, the second has 1 single bed and then there is a closed mezzanine space up a flight of stairs with 2 single beds. There is also a pull out sofa-bed in the living room that can sleep two people. There is a bathroom with a bath tub and a separate toilet.
The apartment boasts a pleasant open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a ceramic hob. Other features include iron and board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine/dryer and TV. All sheets and towels are provided as part of the rental. WIFI ONLY AVAILABLE ON REQUEST WITH ADDITIONAL COST.
To enjoy the magnificent view, there is a 7m² balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
A private parking place is provided (n°2).
Cots and highchairs are available on request.
