This lovely 2 bed duplex Appartement de for 5-6 in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort, is in a chalet appartment complex called Les Refuges des Outalays built about 10 yrs ago. It is built in the local traditional style and is well situated. Acces to the Outalays and Serpentine pistes is just across the road, less than 100m away. This piste leads down to the brand new Charmieux chairlift (ex Outalays and Gettiers) which are where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurants, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little way below the apartment.
The Appartement de has a maximum capacity of 5 people and has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, another with a single bed (+ pull-out single underneath if required). There is also a mezzanine space under the eaves with 2 single beds. The flat has a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is open-plan with the living room and dining room. It is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge and all the necessary crockery and cooking utensils. The living room is very comfortable and offers an unobstructed view of the Roc des Tours opposite, thanks to large bay windows that let in a lot of light and give you access to the very large balcon (with outside seating!). In the living room you also have a television.
Sheets and towels are provided in the rental of this flat. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. Do not hesitate to ask us for them.

The flat is located on the other side of the road from the Outalays piste with ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift (ESF snow garden) opposite.
