It offers one of the best views over the unique Aravis mountain range and is also close to a bus stop for easy access to all the village has to offer! This standalone chalet is ideally located on the heights of Grand-Bornand with unique and unobstructed views overthe whole Aravis mountain range and is also South facing.
This chalet 138m² of living space is spread out over three floors.

The living space is spacious and gives access to a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen is open-plan leading out to the dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machines).
The living room has a large sofa and a flmat screen television as well as a Wi-Fi connection.
Above the living room, you have a large mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine gives access to a private balcony.
On the lower floor, you have three double rooms that all lead out onto the lower terrace and the garden. Ideally located they offer fantastic views over the whole Aravis range. You also have a shower room and an independent WC.

General refurbishment and redecorating are currently underway at the chalet so the photos provided will differ slightly in terms of the decor and features (for the better!). Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
Sheets and towels are provided in this chalet with beds made up on arrival. The chalet is located a short walk away from the Communaille bus stop from where a regular service can take up up to Le Chinaillon and the slopes (in Winter) or down to the centre of Le Grand Bornand. A themed forest walk is also located a few metres away from the chalet from where a path also leads down to the village so ease of access is really excellent. You also have a garage ideal for cars in the Winter but also for bikes in the Summer.
